What deserves your focus next?
Choose, then flow.
I help women in the institutional-to-independent transition build businesses that work on their own terms, by replacing borrowed decision frameworks with their own.
Two sessions. One real decision: what deserves your focus next; made on your own criteria: not deferred, not borrowed.
What you achieve:
- Days that are actually yours and weeks that have a shape to them
- A prioritised initiative list: keep, park, or prune
- And the two questions you used to get there, ready to use again the next time the list gets loud.

You are doing a lot. You are not sure it is the right things.
Most mornings begin with more on the list than you can hold, and no clear way to choose where to start.
You left a structure that used to carry that question for you: a manager, a strategy, a role that filtered what mattered before you ever had to.
Everything feels urgent now, because until now, something external always did the filtering.
“The biggest source of waste in organisations isn’t inefficiency, it’s the failure to decide.”
A client's decision from our second session was still holding six days later, not just because she remembered it, but because she'd already changed what she did that week.

YOUR FACILITATOR
Sofía Silva Berenguer
I work on decision architecture because I lived the problem myself. I spent years absorbing external expectations so much that I couldn’t tell them apart from my own desires, until a friend said something that stopped me cold: you don’t need an excuse. If you don’t want to do it, say you don’t want to do it.
That sentence was the first time I understood a decision was mine to make. It had always been mine to make.
I’m building my practice around that experience. My background sits at an unusual intersection: Telematics Engineering, Product and Program Management, and Ontological Coaching, which means I can diagnose what’s making decisions hard, design the intervention that addresses that specific blockage, and build the system that makes the next decision easier. The combination is deliberate. So is the work.
The women I work with are exceptional at go — ambition, drive, the capacity to build something real. What they haven’t yet found is flow. A sustainable pace. The trust to stop and choose. The willingness to let things move at the speed they actually need to, rather than the speed anxiety demands. Finding the balance between go and flow isn’t a lifestyle adjustment. It’s a strategic practice. The Decision Framework is its practical expression.
The courage to stop is a skill. This is where you learn it.
THE APPROACH & PHILOSOPHY
You don't have a decision problem.
You have an inherited filter problem.
In a corporate role, the filter was built for you: by the organisation, the hierarchy, the annual review cycle. You didn’t have to decide what mattered. It was decided on your behalf. Building an independent practice means building a new filter from scratch, using your own criteria. That’s the transition. And it’s harder than it sounds.

Decision Clarity
Name what you actually want, separate from what you've been conditioned to want.

Strategic Sequencing
Order your priorities in a way that reflects your energy and your life, not a project plan.

Initiative Pruning
Let go of what no longer deserves a place on your list, deliberately, not by default.

Sustainable Momentum
Build a pace you can hold, not one that requires you to recover from it.
Together, these four components build your Decision Architecture: a structure that makes every next choice easier than the last.
THIS IS WHERE THE WORK BEGINS
From Borrowed to Your Own Criteria
A detailed breakdown of the structural change from inherited corporate filters to an authentic, independent practice.
The inherited filter
The corporate system
The boss, quarterly priorities, annual reviews
Meeting external KPIs and objectives
Low — someone else decided for you
Execution and efficiency within a structure
Your new filter
The independent practice
Internal criteria, desired outcomes, energy sustainability
Sustainable impact and alignment with your life
High — feels like a loss of opportunity
Discernment and strategic choice
THE KEY INSIGHT
You are building two things at once: a sustainable business and a new way of choosing. The second is the truly arduous project, and the one that is rarely named freely.
WORK WITH ME
Structuring your transition
Designed to replace borrowed frameworks with your own criteria, aligned completely to where you are.
Choose Forward Intensive
Designed to produce one real decision: what deserves your focus next, made on criteria you have defined yourself, not the ones you inherited.
In two ninety-minute sessions, fourteen days apart, we identify what you actually want, map everything you’re currently running, and sort it into what stays, what waits, and what goes. You leave with one clear lead initiative and the criteria to make the next decision yourself.
What you leave with:
- Two 90-minute 1:1 sessions, fourteen days apart
- Your North Star and two decision criteria, in your own words
- A prioritised initiative list: keep, park, or prune
- One lead initiative chosen, and the method to choose the next one
AUD 600. Covers both sessions, the structure you work with between them, and a written recap after each one.
A 30-minute call to understand where you are and whether the Choose Forward Intensive is the right next step.
Strategic Clarity Program
For when you’re ready to build the full system. Not just one decision, but the way you’ll make every decision that follows.
Over six months, we build your decision architecture from the ground up: your criteria, your initiative map, your personal operating rhythm. By the end, you have a system that works without me, and the confidence to use it.
What you leave with:
- Your North Star and personal decision criteria
- A full initiative map with clear keep, park, and prune decisions
- A personal operating manual for your practice
- The method to keep deciding well on your own

What working with Sofía produces
"Watch the cheese melt onto the toast" is Luisaura's own expression, her way of saying she'll finally get to see things actually happen, not just plan them.
